The staff at this property was amazing! They took care of every request at all hours of the day. Like asking for a rollaway bed in the middle of the night. Or preparing breakfast bags for us at 6 am before leaving for our day trip. The only downfall was that it was a little far from Duomo which meant we had to plan for a 30 min drive or leave an hour earlier to take the metro. Complimentary shuttle service to the nearest metro station was a plus!

Nice, clean and top standard hotel. Friendly staff. A mattress topper is the only thing I missed! The area surrounding the hotel looked quite nice although I was there on business so didn't really explore it.

We stayed for two nights at the hotel. The rooms were reasonably sized and had everything you could ask for. It is also relatively easy to get to Milan by car or with public transportation. The AC in the fitness room wasn’t working and the breakfast is not especially good, but for the price, it’s an overall solid hotel.
