I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space, which made it really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for my workouts. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for nearly 10 years, a few nights every few months, but the service & overall condition have noticeably declined on recent visits. It no longer reflects the standards expected from a Sheraton or any reputable 4- or 5-star brand. I arrived on a Saturday night at 10:15 pm to find no dining options—not even at the bar. By 10:45 the bar was closing and by 11 pm the lights were off while I was still finishing two quick glasses of wine and some nuts—my only dinner. I’ve never experienced a 4- or 5-star hotel where food & drinks stop so early; even a Holiday Inn serves until nearly 1 am. This was never the case before, when this hotel even had live music on weekends. More than half the bar & restaurant staff now speak little or no English, and many guests were openly complaining to the staff, that night as the bar shut while a match was still on TV. Guest rooms haven’t been updated since my first stay and already feel dated. Even the breakfast variety has shrunk noticeably. I’ve always loved this hotel for its once-excellent service, the lively bar, and its convenient highway access, but I’ll have to reconsider future stays if these issues aren’t addressed.

We checked in around 8pm after driving 9 hours from southern Italy. They gave us a ticket and tell us where to park. They failed to tell us that we have to walk with all the way around this huge building to go back to the room. We walked for like 10 minutes try to access the building and many doors but no access to enter. There were no lights around the building (my 3 year old felt) it was totally necessary for them to mentioned the only entrance and exit was thru the lobby. Stayed in many four points in the past and we never seen this configuration. Nonsense. Restaurant prices and food was terrible. I was sick all night after eating the octopus. All 3 plates were terrible €70Horrible experience. Room were comfy and clean but took a while to cool down.

A comfortable room and friendly staff, but let down by a very poor restaurant, which was the only real choice as hotel is not walking distance to other options. Poor food choices, expensive for what available, badly lit restaurant and very underwhelming food.

Es una pena que una franquicia de estas ofrezca cuartos para 4 personas y el sofá cama esté en terrible estado. No se pudo dormir en él. Era incómodo y en pésimo estado. Y el staff del restaurante no fue nada simpático. Decepción!

The hotel needs renovation and serious work on climatisation. The temperature in the rooms was closer to a sauna than hotel rooms... The breakfast variety is poor and of bad quality. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold and smelling bad.... It is really overrated and overpriced and doesn't reflect 4 star chain hotel standards at all. The staff is helpful but couldn't solve the problems...

Cleaning staff did not clean room every day. Had to ask for toilet paper as they did not give any even though there wasn’t any in the bathroom. Also left room door open on one occasion after they did “clean” Previously stayed at Crowne Plaza in Padova but was full so booked this hotel. Now we understand why that was full as a much better staff over there.

I often stay at this Sheraton hotel. The location is great for me, next to highway, so can be noisey if you get a room facing the highway. The Hotel needs some updating but it is definitely a very good 4star hotel for Italian standards.
