This is our second visit here, and we absolutely loved our four nights and three days. The breakfast is an absolute treat. The view of Lago di Garda can't be beat. Nice to enjoy the borghetto but then get away from all the people at night. My family heritage is in this part of Italy, so I felt loved the whole time.

The staff were all very helpful, great rooms with a spacious terrace & beautiful views of the lake & surrounding mountains. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in alimony.

Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

We loved everything about our trip! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! The hotel room was quite new with beautiful lake view, but when we check in, the female receptionist at the old hotel building was very impolite with no smile and she needed to keep our passports overnight just because she was too busy to make photocopy of them.
However, we don't have problem with the Male receptionist when we check out.

Rooms were good and clean. The only issue there wasn’t a reception inside the building. To check-in/out we went to another hotel on the other side of the road. Really strange
