Beautiful view from front terrace of hillside area and castle. Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious and hotel restaurant serves delicious meal at very reasonable prices. Original plan was an overnight stopover en route but we extended our stay to 3 days. Highly recommended.

This is a clean, comfortable, friendly hotel in the small town of Tabiano famous for its thermal waters. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening meals of very good home-cooked Italian food were excellent value for 20 euro - four courses... 1st salad, hot vegetables and on one night salmon as a buffet could have been the meal in itself! and you could go back during 2nd or 3rd courses to add anything to your plate, all other courses waiter served to your table - 2nd pasta dish, 3rd meat or fish, 4th dessert. I stayed two nights but wish I'd stayed more. Everyone very helpful in Tabiano, good tourist info office, good delicatessen for local cooked meats and cheeses at top of main street. Tabiano is quite small so nowhere that sells fruit. Easy bus ride to Salsomaggiore Terme for the nearest train station.

Only the Garden-hotel was open in June. Unfortunately, the city falls into the sleep of Sleeping Beauty. For Tabiano I know better times from the 90's. All in all a lovely friendly hotel offering excellent value for money. I would love to come back.

Le personnel est serviable, avenant, surtout le maître d'hôtel du restaurant et ses subordonnés. Le chambre n'est pas très grande mais propre avec un petit balcon. L'endroit est au calme. Coté négatif de l'établissement qui doit dater du début du siècle dernier c'est qu'il mériterait une sérieuse restauration. Les murs dans la chambre étaient défraichis et le simple vitrage chancelant des fenêtres, laisse passer l'air.
