Our suite was huge with a powerful shower and very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was excellent! The staff were friendly, fun and helpful - especially the restaurant staff in the afternoon and evening who spent time with us chatting and sharing recommendations. They were the best thing about our stay, and we looked forward to returning from sight seeing to chat to them about our day from the terracw, where the view was fantastic, the best place in Naples! The breakfast was delicious, a la carte and very generous with cakes, pastries and both cold and hot items to order. I had something different every day, amd loved every dish. I also loved the story of the hotel, the art and the classic antiques.

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Parkers. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the staff were delightfully helpful and charming. Meals and drinks on the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples were a treat. The hotel was a short walk from Chiaia, our favourite part of Naples. We would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a future visit.

The room is small and old and this was shocking as the price is pretty high. The breakfast was rich with things that were not that tasty and the eggs were terrible. The team is not very nice I must say.

The staff the property the decorative finish is all beautiful. The hotel communal areas also have an amazing smell and of course the Room is spacious classic and spectacular. My one and only negative observation “no matter how hard I tried the Breakfast Cheff can not execute a perfect fried or poached egg. And the Ala’Cart Cheff severs me a Raw Burger then having sent it back continued to grill the same patty till it was cremated and basically wrecked it. It think the management need to remind the Cheff the customers are paying high menu prices and to step up considerably to the customers expectations. Other than that a Beautiful Stay xx

What a delight!! The best part of our time in the Amalfi Coast was coming back to the Hotel Parkers on the night before flying out. The staff was incredible; food amazing, and rooftop bar was exceptional.

This hotel was more than we expected. It was beautiful and everyone gave outstanding service. The rooftop terrace had a view we didn’t want to leave & Yolanda was exceptional! Marco took great care of us setting us up with Aldo as are driver & he gave us the most amazing tour of the Amalfi Coast! Thank you for such an incredible stay at your beautiful hotel!
