Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin.

Firstly do not rely on your GPS to get you here. Make sure you locate the hotel on your maps first and then make a End Point. or you will never find it!! The first night we got there the ac in the room did not work. After repeated attempts to fix the problem they moved us to another room. At approx 1am and the temp in the room was 28 degrees C. The next day they moved our room still had problems with the ac but at least it was bearable at 23 degrees C. Then the TV Quit after being promised it would be fixed we were then offed another room. This was room 4 we decided to leave early. The hotel staff are friendly and it’s clean but the services are not always open as advertised. Pool closures and spar etc close without notice. There is no numbers on the phone to help you navigate the hotel amenities. We found out reception you dial 9. Also the hotel is miles from any other restaurants or bars etc so plan on driving a good way for dinner or drinks. You are reliant on the hotel for your meals which are by the way pretty good all be it fairly expensive. This is not a hotel I would stay for an extended stay. No tea coffee making in the room or even a refrigerator. sometimes it’s hard to complain when people are so nice but at the end of the day this is what reviews are supposed to be for. Good Hotels are limited in this area really hope they read this.

Great Hotel, Very Well priced , Area is NOT the best , Since it is in Industrial Area , But Friendly Staff & Eager to Please , we recommenced this place

it's a very nice new modern hotel but the pool is only available in the afternoon which is no good if you have to check out by 10am.

Very helpful and friendly staff stayd only over night so can't comment on to much but would definitely use it again!

This hotel is wonderful, but not within easy walking distance from the town or train station. I would not recommend you stay here without a hire car. Taxi's are unreliable and only really bookable via the hotel. Would be wonderful if they added a pool to the grounds for the hot days. They did turn the air conditioning off at times.

Zimmer wie immer makellos. Personal sehr freundlich. Restaurant und Morgenbuffet hat deutlich an Qualität zugelegt. Schade, dass in Italien immer noch gesüsste Nektare als Fruchtsaft angeboten werden. Schade, dass das Schwimmbad geschlossen ist, aber das ist seit mehr als 10 Jahren so. Besser auf den Hinweis und 1 Stern verzichten, als immer wieder in der Reservation darauf vertrösten.

Sono tornato dopo un pò di mesi di assenza e devo dire che finalmente hanno sistemato la rete internet, adesso funziona molto bene. Ho avuto solo un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento che per qualche ora non andava, ma nulla di grave
