My friend and I had a ground floor room. I did experience some noise from the Reception when people arrived or departed. Our room was lovely. The choice at breakfast was excellent and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would really recommend this hotel.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, polite, friendly, very welcoming. We settled in immediately. The hotel was immaculate, being quietly and unobtrusively, cleaned and plumped throughout the day. Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice for all nationalities with different tastes. The location was great, a short walk to the main sights without being located in the middle of all the crowds. Other guests we spoke to were also thrilled with their stay.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. This was our second stay. It’s in a beautiful building on a canal. It has a Venice vibe and is very good value. Unfortunately, we did not get the best room - near the bar and the bar toilets. We only stayed two nights and arrived late on the first night so decided not to move rooms. I would use the hotel again but ask for a room away from the bar and overlooking the canal.

We stayed here for 3 nights in May as part of our Italian vacation. Location is good- quiet and outside of the super busy spots but close enough to walk where you want to go in a few minutes. The building is very old, but restored nicely and well maintained. Definitely old world and not modern. We were in the red room which was not our taste, but was clean and well appointed. Except the blow dryer which barely blew a warm breeze of air. Breakfast had a good variety and the staff were very responsive. Scrambled eggs were the best we had on our weeks long trip, but wished there was a made-to-order option for fried eggs. If there was, this wasn't communicated. Easy water taxi to the airport- though not cheap!

We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience.

The Hotel is beautiful and located away from the crowded and noisy streets. It is a 10 minute walk from Realto Bridge! The location was actually perfect for all of the sites, including St. Mark's and Doge Castle. The staff, especially the women who worked the breakfast every morning, were so wonderful! The breakfast included a favorite cappuccino every morning and a lovely selection of eggs, bacon, meats, fruits, cheeses, cereals, yogurt, etc. It was a lovely six night stay and we would recommend it for those who enjoy walking and prefer staying away from the crowds.
