The hotel is convenient because it’s just a walking distance to bus station and some of the tourist attractions. Also, there are lots of restaurants that u can choose to dine.

The hotel has very nice staff. The young gentleman at the reception was very attentive and pleasant. Hotel itself was clean housekeeping came everyday and clean the room. Hotel location perfect for us we love walking so we went everywhere by foot also train station was 3 minutes away and that was absolutely perfect as we didn’t had walk with luggage far at all. For a 2 star hotel I have to say they do perfect if not exceptional. We definitely come back. My daughter and I loved it there.

Room were filthy and dirty, bad smell coming from the toilet so bad we bought a toilet deodoriser to cover it. Poor lighting in the room. No microwave or anywhere to heat food or drinks. The shower head was broken and couldn’t stay up. Toilet so close to the sink my husband couldn't fit properly. Beds were a little shirt for a 5'10 person. Elevator so small 5 people barely fit and so slow we tried the stairs but regretted that because every level is held up with scaffolding.

Front desk had no record of our reservation. I had to show my confirmation email in order to get a room. Instead of the 2 twin beds I requested, we were given a single queen bed. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were flat and hard. There was no bath mat in the bathroom to absorb water, and not even an extra towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). The walls are bare and the place looks like a dump.

The room was clean and the AC worked like a champ, a very spacious room and walkable to many places, loved that Termini was veeeery walkable.

I’ll start with the good. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the train station and then to the tourist attractions. The breakfast was ok, did the job in the morning. The hotel was run down. Almost everything in the room was broken. The fridge did not work and when asked the staff said it looked fine, drinking warm beer not a fan of. I would say it was ok but for a few extra dollars I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.

While this is close to a lot of great places, it is really lacking. The rooms are very very small and the beds are terrible. They said breakfast was available but no one showed up the next day. We were able to store our luggage until check in.
