Staff were friendly and responsive. The room was clean. The facility is clean. Breakfast was basic, but enough to start the day. The Bristol is not the Hilton, but it is economical, and suited our needs as we were pending a cruise.

Typical provincial Italian hotel, friendly staff, no drinks in room, continental breakfast only. Although no on site restaurant many excellent places to eat in numerous plazas within easy walking distance.
Bedroom was adequate with large ensuite, the almost quiet air conditioning worked well.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They have a continental breakfast for 8€ that comes with a cappuccino or espresso. Great location to walk to the canal, train station, Roman Theater or to any bus station.

Very nice place to stay some parts looking a bit tired however clean and staff excellent. We were in room 401 and the plumbing was a bit off. No hot water on first day. Fixed however still not right, basin water dribbles out (hot) and cold gushes out.
