HOTEL VENCA'

Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. Welcome should be warmer. Room has many restrictions, we didnt even take shower afraid something might happen to towels etc. Its normal things get dirty in hotel, a bit, but here all is prohibited. Bathroom is very small, hard to move in shower.

We had a great time in Chiaggio. Hotel view was great from our 5th floor suite. Mike the owner was a gracious host. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would stsy again if in the area.

Very basic hotel not very comfortable room. The room looked onto the back not a very pleasant view. No lift, no breakfast, no kettle in room no machine for hot drinks in the morning. No restaurant or bar in the hotel. The upstair rooms were very noisy. There is a bar not too far for coffee. Would be a great idea if they provided a kettle for morning coffee or tea.

Beautiful place to stay and lovely setting but the room let it down. We paid for the most expensive room and were disappointed in it. Bin wasn't emptied, room wasn't very clean and no housekeeping at all on one of the days of our stay. Very helpful host though telling us the best places to visit.

Basic hotel but excellent value. Walking distance to ferry for Venice (20euro) for 24h pass for all ferry and waterbuses. Resturants only short walks away.

Caldin's was a last-minute find on line. Apparently, only one star but it fit the bill for us. Clean, great price, free parking, helpful people and best of all, the location.

We loved Chioggia! It's a bit of Venice without throngs of tourists, endless souvenir shops, and inflated prices. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and they had the only insect screens we saw in 3 weeks touring the region. (The mosquitos ate us alive in Venice a couple of weeks earlier.) We were totally happy with Caldin's and would stay there again.

Fair hotel for the price.

Cheap, clean and conveniently located overlooking a canal in the older part of town. As cyclists we appreciated there being secure storage for our bikes without additional charge and there being a bike shop right next door

This is a great place to stay to explore old Chioggia. Our room was a good size, it was very secure, and had been well thought out to facilitate a comfortable stay. The staff were really helpful. All the sights of the old town were in easy strolling distance. It was good value too. There is a flight of stairs but they are wide and not too steep. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Struttura molto vecchia ma centralissima comoda a tutti i servizi

Idéalement situé. Petit problème avec l'eau chaude de la douche. Globalement satisfait.

Sehr einfaches Hotel (das Personal bemüht sich, ist freundlich - aber viele Hinweise was nicht erwünscht ist) in ruhiger, günstiger Lage mit kleinen schon in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer (hellhörig und mit nicht mehr zeitgemäßer Ausstattung). Es gibt ein sehr langsames Internet (Lobbybereich) und leider wird kein Frühstück im Hotel angeboten (Möglichkeiten sind aber in Hotelnähe vorhanden). Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (mit gebührenpflichtiger Parkmöglichkeit) kann dieses Hotel eine günstige Alternative sein.

Gerne hätte ich das kleine, hervorragend gelegene Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service besser bewertet. Leider wurde die an sich angenehm ruhige Lage durch den nächtlichen Lärm des Klimaanlagenaggregats auf dem Balkon ruiniert- wenn man bei geschlossenem Fenster mit Klimaanlage schlafen möchte wahrscheinlich kein Problem- ich bevorzuge frische Luft und fand daher den Krach sehr störend.

Unica cosa negativa la doccia..con la tenda…porta carta igienica che si toglieva! E le finestre che nn si aprivano…

Posto che puo andar bene se non si hanno troppe esigenze.

Per soggiornare senza pretese è buono in quanto si trova in centro
