La Struttura si trova a 15 minuti dalla stazione, e poco meno dal lungomare, di fronte a una pineta. C'è possibilità di parcheggio lungo la strada a pagamento. La nostra camera era abbastanza piccola, come il bagno, ideale per pochissimi giorni perché nei nostri 4 giorni è cominciata a stare troppo stretta, con vista interna. Il bagno anch'esso piccolino. In compenso la struttura è davvero pulita, e in una zona tranquilla di Viareggio, pochi passi dal centro. La colazione è molto varia, da una piccola scelta di salato ad una più grande di dolce. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile a ogni necessità. Inoltre, è una struttura Pet Frendly, anche se non abbiamo animali per noi è rilassante vedere queste interazioni.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte.
Personale molto accogliente e gentile.
Abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno e per quanto riguarda il cibo non possiamo lamentarci, buono.
Purtroppo unica pecca è il bagno,un po piccolo tant’è che sanitari e doccia erano tutti insieme .

Struttura comoda per la posizione e per la disponibilità del gestore, ma il bagno decisamente troppo piccolo e maleodorante dato che non c'è finestra, in più.... un termostato ambiente che si auto configura a 23 gradi troppo caldo! a nulla i tentativi di abbassarlo.
