Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 7:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are recommended to download the property's Whatsapp mobile app before check-in. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
