Parking is a bit hard as seems to be the case all over town. The location and facilities were great!

Lovely place with wonderful staff. I use a cane and was a bit worried about the walk into the centre but it was a nice experience and good to have a five minute walk after dinner. I paid for a little extra for a deluxe room with balcony in the main building and the view was great.

The staff was great, restaurant was great, location was great, views were great. Easy walk to San Gimignano. Parking was a challenge, but worked.

This is a nice hotel a little bit outside the main town. The hotel is a little bit dated and our room could do with a bit of a freshening up but it’s very good value and the staff there were good.

We reserved a basic room, but had what we needed (refridge, WiFi). It was clean and comfortable, in line with what we expected. Walking distance to the old city was an important reason we rented this one, we were in the old town in just a few minutes.. Service was great - parking is limited with the tourists, and they held our spot by having a staff person parked there. When we arrived, we swapped. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Though we couldn't communicate, the gentleman at the bar made me two espressos to take up to the room in the morning. Excellent breakfast.
