I can't say enough about this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the property is clean, and the location is convenient. Just steps from Trevi Fountain and major shops and restaurants. Plus, the breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The staff were amazing and even spoke english. The room was great. The reservation had full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, coffees, juices, and fruits. The best thing was the hotel proximaty to Trevi Fountain, less than one block away. We loved this hotel and would stay again.

For the price, you are paying for location only. The rest you need to go in with low expectations overall. It isn't by any means "bad" but for the cost, you can stay 5 min further and get a much better experience and quality. Pros: Location cannot be beat Families who want to connecting rooms will get it Breakfast is fine Noise levels were surprisingly fine for a hotel in this location and age. Despite being in the middle of Trevi, you would never know it. Tucked back a block - it's honestly wonderful to be so close but not in the chaos. This alone salvages what would otherwise be a disappointing stay. The managers allowed us to update our booking when we had an original mix up - I appreciate that they did NOT need to help and they did. Cons: Rooms are severely outdated. The wardrobes require physical assault to close. And you will wake up anyone asleep from the creaking. You'll be missing basics like bathroom amenities you'd expect for the price. Service is fine but not a highlight by any means. Basic, polite, slow, and that's it. Breakfast you won't find a cappuccino or fresh coffee aside from the machine. For the price, even the most basic table service of water and coffee would go a long way. Overall this was a fine stay, but we moved for the second half to Nerva Boutique Hotel for the same price, same double rooms, and wow it was a shocking upgrade. Just go with low expectations and you will be fine. But if you want something nicer, keep looking.

Our room was fantastic. Staff was very professional and helpful. They were quick to answer any questions and send drinks to our room. Property located within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain. The rooftop bar was a fantastic get away from the crowded streets of Rome. The train station is a short taxi away. We loved our visit and would definitely book this property again.
