Hotel Fenice Milano

Excellent location. This hotel was very clean, rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were really nice and had great recommendations. Indoor parking was clean, secure and close. Parking was 41 Euros a day. It was worth it for peace of mind. Perfect location with restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket all located right when you walk out of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Why do hotels put 2 single mattresses in a double bed

The hotel is well located with excellent travel links. Check-in was quick and friendly. We had a triple room and, although not particularly big, was adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows provided if needed. The breakfast was also very good. We might’ve rated higher but there was just a couple of things that we weren’t very happy with. There was a couple of members of staff that we found a little rude and on a couple of days some breakfast items weren’t replenished. We were only provided with two of everything in the room despite it being a triple room booked for three people. Not a big problem when you can ask for extra but when you need to justify why you want an extra towel but not hand over a used one it is a bit irritating. Our air conditioning unit started leaking water on the first night so we had to go without. We were advised to open a window but between the smoke coming in one window from the non-smoking room next door and the potential for bugs this was not a viable option. The issue was fixed the next day and we had no further trouble with it. We got a great deal on this room so felt like we got value for money but if we had paid the full rate I would’ve been quite disappointed. I would stay here again but only if I could secure the same low rate.

Very helpful and understanding front desk staff. They accepted and paid for my package I was expecting before I arrived so that I could simply pay them upon arrival. They were helpful in booking taxis.

First time in Italy and glad that we stayed at this hotel. Close to almost everything and very convenient. Small hotel but really cozy with a wonderful staff!!

The hotel is super central and is surrounded by metro stations, restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom is not spacious but the location of the hotel is very good and we felt safe. The staff is also very nice.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Fenice, Milano. The location near the subway and within walking distance to all the sites works for us. It isn’t fancy but we find it to be clean and comfortable. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant.

The location is good. Hotel staff were pleasant during breakfast. Hotel facilities are a bit rundown. Check-in was difficult with rules and restrictions.

Room was basic. Twin bed was kind of uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work all that well either. The hotel is in a great local though and the room had a tub which I like. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for the price but wasn’t unhappy with my stay.

Nice clean hotel centrally located. Metro stop across the street. Nice alternative neighborhood. Reminded me of Williamsburg or the East Village in NYC. Room was small but cozy and very clean.
