The hotel is walking distance to the train station. They have a manned desk 24hrs and I could store my luggage prior to checkin time. The room was small but efficient with a good working A/C. It was warm outside so it felt good to cool off. The price for my needs was outstanding.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Staff was super friendly and the environment of the place was amazing. The rooms looked super nice as it had AC as well. Which is essential in Rome… Staff spoke amazing English, answered all of our questions, and the hotel itself is located in such a convenient spot. There’s a supermarket, laundromat, popular place to get gelato, restaurants, a plaza, and a basilica all in walkable distance…. Breakfast was the usual meal in Europe. Ham, cheese, eggs, bread, coffee, some dessert too…. They let us microwave some things if we thought it was a bit cold too…. such a lovely staff and experience in this hotel. The only negative side of this is the location. This hotel is in the “old side” of Rome and the surroundings are not very eye catching. It can look a bit sketchy by the graffiti AROUND the hotel (no graffiti in hotel property) but i would still consider staying here in the future. There is still a lot of tourists around this area and it is generally safe to walk during daylight just be mindful.

Practical for what we needed.

Staff is super helpful, beds are comfortable, A/C and blackout blinds for the Roman summer, daily cleaning and fresh towels. My only issue was that the bathroom is small so everything gets wet easily.

I feel like they really tried with what they had. The sheets were thin and rough, My suggestions to make this a better hotel would be to invest in quality bedding. Maybe add a soap dish, a chair (so one doesn’t have to sit on the bed), and a few hooks to hang the towels on. The hotel staff was wonderful, very helpful and nice. There’s not much that can be done as far as location. I feel they took the best security measures they could for it being in a relatively sketchy area.
