Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable, but unfortunately air conditioning wasn’t working for 5 hours when it was most needed (outside temperature 30*C) between noon and 5pm. Wi-fi connection was very bad (basically impossible to open the page) ... they said connection has problem with certain type of device (iPhone)... in the bathroom, there is no bath curtain so the floor was always flooded after shower...it needs lots of improvement for a 4star hotel.

Italian style means that they don't care, to put it nicely. Only good thing I can say about this place is that the cleaning ladies were competent and nice. For the rest of it everything was awful. Very noisy air conditioning, terrible Internet -wifi was out for most of the time or connection so weak that got lost every other minute-, the safe in the room was locked, broken, and useless... They don't give you the messages left for your room, they don't even speak other language but Italian... The hotel rooms are like 80s style and look really tacky and outdated too. There is no way that this place can be a 4 stars hotel, 2-3 at the most!

Very friendly staff. Good location- be prepared for an uphill walk from the bus or train station though. Rather dated interior but clean and comfortable. Be aware that the hotel restaurant/ bar facilities are closed on a Sunday so you will need to go elsewhere to eat. No coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Half the time the Wifi didn't work and when it did work it would frequently cut out and stop working. This made communication with a conference in town quite difficult as sometimes the only options were to pay the roaming fees on your phone to access the web. On the two hottest days of my stay the air conditioner stopped working completely leaving me trying to fall asleep in a 30+ degree room. As others have pointed out, the hotel is very poorly designed to keep noise out so you will hear every little thing. Sassari has a lot of loud bikes and cars that go by very late at night. As other reviewers said, the place gets very rowdy on Friday and Saturday and people will be yelling past 5 AM. Bring earplugs if you still want to stay here.

Spent 4 days at the hotel. The room was clean and the front desk very helpful. While not located in the centre of town it is close enough to walk there. Probably not a 4 star hotel, but was very cheap for what was included.

Hotel staff were very helpful- they communicated in English with us; printed documents for us; found the bus for us to travel to Porto Torres; printed the timetable; and provided instruction on a map on how to get to the bus stop. Thank you.
