Great hotel. Would highly recommend. Very thankful they had parking as it is very difficult in Positano to park. Fantastic food and great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean with a great view. Very central.

We were super impressed with this hotel. I wasn’t sure what to expect based on pictures, so I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, service and overall stay. The location was perfect. The staff was friendly. They arranged private transportation for us which went great as well!

The good:
The hotel is VERY clean. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the common areas. We also liked the location and the balcony in our room. The walk up to the hotel from the port/beach is very daunting especially with luggage, but that’s an issue in Positano as a whole. The A/C worked well in the room, which was a huge plus for us during an extremely hot time of year
The not so good:
The walls are incredibly thin. We could hear everything in the rooms next door and in the hallways. We were stuck next to some noisy families so it was pretty loud throughout our stay. We were also pretty disappointed by the lack of working wifi. Not sure if the wifi was only working in certain areas, but it didn’t work AT ALL for us during our stay. We were also disappointed by the up-charge for cooked eggs for breakfast. Having to give our key to the front desk every day before leaving the hotel was kind of weird as well. And it would have been nice to have some help from the front desk to help arrange a porter service for our bags.

The hotel was very beautiful with a view of the Sea. Balcony was a great addition to sit down in the morning and have breakfast. In the evening after dinner the calm night was spectacular. The local bus was great to use to get around. Stairs are located nearby of you want a 15 minute cardio fix.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Beautiful views. Hotel offers breakfast either in dining area or your room. Wonderful menu to choose from. This town is a challenge for anyone with mobility issues, so spring for a taxi. That said, it is one of our favorite places to visit in Italy.

Stunning sea views, plentiful delicious breakfast. Highly recommend you use the porter to carry your bag up from the harbour. It’s a lot of steps! Take ear plus if you’re a light sleeper - you can hear everything that’s going on in the rooms around you including the creaky beds.

Wonderful hotel setting with views to the west from every balcony. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast pre ordered the night before and served on the balcony. Location is ideal for walking both up and down in the town ( lots of steps are inevitable wherever you stay ). Wifi is too patchy to stream but worked fine for emails. Very happy with the choice.

A perfect 10. This hotel was just perfect for us. Not only was the view exquisite but the patio balcony was very roomy and the perfect place for the delicious breakfast delivered to our room daily. They had a full bar, beer/wine/sodas for purchase in your room or the common area that also had an incredible view.
Every staff member was so courteous and helpful … arranged a taxi for our transport to Ravello, made sure we had all that we needed when the rain kept us in our room one night. The covered balcony made the rainy night cozy.
Bedding, towels all in great condition and they had sufficient bed pillows.. 2 per person which I like. Bedding was all so fresh smelling…even bedspread was freshly laundered.
Our room and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well cared for.
Don’t listen to Google Maps though! Take the road up to hotel and use the luggage porter service if arriving via ferry. We took the stairs per Google and it was over 500 stairs… 😬 …. With luggage and the heat, it was way too much.
The walk to town and back up to the hotel was very manageable for us via the road.
If we ever get back to Positano, this hotel would be our choice.

Great location to access restaurants shopping and the beach. Far enough away for it to be quiet . All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The multiple breakfast options were outstanding..We will most definitely stay here again when we return to Positano !

The good:
