The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. The staff were really helpful and made good recommendations of places to eat. However there was an unpleasant smell of drains on entering the hotel (not anywhere else) and taxi drivers advised us not to walk around the area or use the local metro stops.

The room was very clean. It is close to public transportation. 3-5 min walk to it. 50 min by public transport to Milan city center. John Raul and Philip were amazing with help at concierge.

only 1 plug socket in the room had to wedge a shoe under it to get it to work, fridge wasn't cold, air-conditioning wasn't turned on because they believe it's not hot enough for "them" this time of year and wasn't turned on which left the room hot. Because of this the window was open all night and it didn't disappoint with loud traffic and noisy locals in near by flats arguing at 2am most evenings. Very dated in need of a good lick of paint.

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. It is the most horrible hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff doesn't speak English and aren't helpful at all. Our AC stopped working because they shut the AC of the whole hotel off because "it was starting to get colder outside" and when we complained because of how hot and humid the room was, they said they can't do anything and that there are no rooms available to change. They have no fans or any accommodations and the technician couldn't come to fix it. We were going to suffocate in the room. If you fear for your life, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Hotel and its staff, lovely. Great breakfast choices and some shops/ restaurants nearby.
Perfect location if you have a car or business near by.
The only negative for those who want to see the sights, although you can get to it by Metro/ bus, you can waste an hour to/ from the centre.

The property is close to the bus station, so it is easy to get around. It is also a short walking distance to cafes/ restaurants.
The breakfast was lovely (as was the lady who was in atendance). There were many choices: cereal, boiled eggs, yoghurt, spreads, bread rolls with ham, cheese, proschiuto to add, juices, water, a coffee machine that made strong coffee, and tea choices. Sweets also were available like cupcakes and some types of slices.
Sheets could have been changed a bit more frequently and the air-conditioning wasn't as cool as I like it to be.
Overall though, 👍👍👍up.

The hotel is well located to reach Corsico and neighbouring areas. My only issue was the smell of cigarettes that was well present in the room. The morning after I also smelled someone smoking, although I did not see who it was. This is the main reason for my rating.
