The whole staff was excellent. The breakfast was great! It was easy to walk to the Vatican and many great restaurants. The river is steps away and a good walking and biking trail. It was an easy walk to the train station. Andet and Avy were very helpful with logistics and helping us track my son’s lost suitcase. They and Junior really made us feel at home. Our room was lovely. They gave us good advice and helped us save money, as well. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely time in Rome! It was our first time and the location of this hotel was really great. I was a little disappointed as I thought that all hotel guests had access to the terrace, which would have been nice to use, however the terrace is only for guests with a superior room. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and near the Vatican. Staff was a bit neutral in terms of friendliness, with the one exception being Rolando, who was awesome. Don't expect all drivers to come right to the door, as the entrance is in an alley and a flight of stairs up from the main street.
