Ett hotell som ligger på stranden, men du måste hyra både handdukar och solstolar vilket inte tydligt framgick i bokningen. Vi hade ett fint rum en våning upp med balkong och utsikt. Mot trädgården och havet, dock var det superlitet rum. Hotellet är jättefint och mysigt med en underbar frukost och fin pool, skulle varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Bellissima vacanza in famiglia a Bari Sardo. Location e servizi dell'hotel ottimi, location proprio di fronte ad una bellissima spiaggia. La stanza che avevamo non era grandissima ma comunque pulitissima, letto molto comodo, il plus è stato avere colazione e cena incluse e di ottima qualità.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the beach. The pool area is lovely and there were always enough loungers. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The waiting and pool staff were lovely, very polite and attentive. However, I had a major problem with our room. It was absolutely ghastly. It was a superior partial sea view category, but there was nothing superior about it. For a start the air conditioning did not work. We reported to reception but nothing was done about. As a result our room was stifling. At night it was so difficult to sleep. We would leave the balcony door open to let in the cooler night air, but at about 5.00 in the morning delivery lorries started arriving on the road outside and so we were woken very early. Secondly, the wifi didn't work in our room for the entire time we were there. Again we reported it, but nothing was done. We asked for a table on our balcony and were told there wasn't enough room for one, but we found a tatty old table in one of the communal areas and guess what? It fitted fine on our balcony. The aerial photos on Expedia show a tennis court and this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. However the court had not been maintained and was out of use as it was unplayable. That is terrible for a 4 star hotel. Beware of all the extra costs too. If you want a towel for use by the pool it will cost you €4 per person per day. If you want undercover parking it's €10 per night, not that you are told that when you check in

The only thing was the breakfast cost changed each day depending upon the number of bookings each night. I feel this should be a flat rate regardless of how full the hotel may or may not be. It isn't the guests problem if they are not at capacity.

Points positifs : la situation de l’hôtel. Cadre très joli : piscine, terrasse. Points négatifs : nous n’avons pas pu obtenir la demi-pension. Si l’on ne veut pas avoir faim en sortant de table, il faut prendre les 3 plats et cela devient alors très cher ! Différence de traitement entre les clients ebookers.ch et les clients qui réservent sur le site de l’hôtel (parking, demi-pension, prix des chaises à là plage). Le parking n’est pas organisé, beaucoup de motos. Les gens se garent n’importe comment ! Notre voiture a été endommagée.

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt zu zweit Anfang Juli rundum schön. Dies liegt zum einen an der sehr gepflegten Hotelanlage selbst, die - liebevoll mit Blumen, Bäumen und Wasserstellen dekoriert - ein mediterranes Flair vermittelt. Zum anderen ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und höflich, spricht zum großen Teil Englisch, freut sich aber auch, ein paar Worte auf Italienisch auszutauschen :) Erwähnenswert ist auch die musikalische Begleitung (Live-Klavierspiel) beim Abendessen, welche wir als unaufdringlich und angenehm empfunden haben. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und eher einfach gestaltet, die Betten haben eine tolle Qualität. Einzigartig ist die Möglichkeit direkt über einen Weg zum Strand zu gelangen. Im Ort selbst gibt es nur wenige Restaurants /Bars, was die ruhige und familiäre Atmosphäre unterstreicht.

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer Straße, ganz nah an zwei Stränden. Die Lage ist sehr schön, in der Umgebung gibt es wenige Hotels und Strandbars. Also alles sehr ruhig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten die Superior Kategorie gebucht. Man brachte uns zu einem Zimmer, das dunkel, superklein, schimmligen Bad, in dem man sich nicht drehen kann und stickig, muffig und voller Mücken war. Als ich nach kurzer Überlegung zur Rezeption kam um das Zimmer zu tauschen, lag dort bereits ein Schlüssel für ein anderes Zimmer bereit. Offensichtlich landet dort der Gast, der solche Zustände akzeptiert. Das alternative Zimmer war etwas größer und stank nicht so sehr. Ein Mückenschutz vor dem Terrassenfenster ließ sich nicht nutzen, weil nickt feststellbar. Das Bad superklein. Eine Dusche, die für einen großen, kräftigen Menschen nicht nutzbar ist. Möbel alt und kaputt. Wahrscheinlich seit der Eröffnung nie erneuert. Die Gebäude sind im maurischen Stil um einen Innenhof gebaut. Es gibt eine schöne Poolanlage. Alles hat den Charme der 70er Jahre und müsste kernsaniert werden. Das Frühstück war mäßig bis schlecht und langweilig. Die Bedienung, wie das gesamte Personal superfreundlich! Am Samstagabend fand dann im Garten, 20m von unserem Zimmer entfernt, eine Hochzeitsfeier statt. Bis nach zwei Uhr nachts wurden wir mit lauter Musik und den üblichen Geräuschen einer fröhlichen Feier beschallt. Ich kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Leider jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstücksbuffet, tatsächlich jeden Tag das Gleiche. Selbst beim Gemüsekuchen keine Abwechslung: 10 Tage Erbsenkuchen. Lediglich bei den angebotenen Süßspeisen (Kuchen) gab es Abwechslung. Schade ist, dass ein Restaurant im 4-Sterne Hotel nicht über einen Zuckerstreuer und auch nicht über Salz-und Pfeffermühlen (Streuer) verfügt, sondern Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer in Papiertütchen bereitstellt. Die Bäder müssten so langsam mal erneuert werden. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Service sehr gut. Strand mit hoteleigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen direkt beim Hotel und wunderbar. Auch der Pool ist toll
