When I first walked in I was ready to cancel and look for another hotel but the staff was so nice and welcoming. It’s in a good area. 20 mins from Vatican 15 from coliseum. Good room at good price

The hotel room was small and hot. No AC working. The shower was dirty and the shower head was rusted. To add onto that, the hot water did not work.
We found cockroaches in the washroom as well as the closet and under the desk.

Ligger super godt i byen, men man skal ikke forvente det store af hotellet. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme, men der var ikke gjort ordentligt rent på værelset. Der manglede dynebetræk på dynen - vi skulle i øvrigt dele en lille dyne.
Da vi skulle tjekke ud, var der ikke noget personale til at tage i mod nøglen til værelset. Men hotellet ligger super centralt i byen med massere af hyggelige caféer i nærheden og hovedbanegården er ikke langt derfra.
