Nonostante fosse indicato su hotels.com che il check-in fosse fino alle 23.00, siamo stati obbligati ad arrivare alle 22.30 come se fosse l'ultimo momento per poter entrare, anche perché era già un favore che ci aveste fatto visto che avreste dovuto chiudere alle 22.00. Ci avete chiamato anche durante il viaggio, mettendoci ansia per arrivare in orario.
Peccato che alle 23.17 il vostro addetto all'accoglienza fosse in giro per la struttura con il bagaglio in mano di un altro cliente appena arrivato.
