When I travel, I care only about two things in a hotel: price and no bugs. I'm there to see the city and tourist sites, not the hotel. Hotel Niagara is on the low end for amenities. It had the smallest bedroom, bathroom, and elevator I've ever seen. But at the end of the day, I was able to sleep and shower. That's all I need, so I'm a happy customer. If you want more than that, go spend more money somewhere else. If you want a place to rest your head at a bargain, this is the place for you.

Sebbene la struttura sia evidentemente datata, con arredi semplici e non freschissimi, è ottimamente posizionata in quanto a due passi da Metromare e quindi si può arrivare ovunque. A piedi invece si raggiungo a poche centinaia di metri, ristoranti e tutti i locali della movida riminese. Il personale è gentile e le pulizie giornaliere accurate. Se non si hanno grandi pretese, consiglio vivamente.

I gestori sono tutti gentilissimi
E per noi è in una posizione strategica x andare a lavorare a piedi al parco Fellini, facciamo la fiera del fumetto e i parcheggi a Rimini sono molto scarsi
e il Comune sguinzaglia i suoi controllori x dare multe.

Hôtel globalement très vétuste, tout est défraîchi : sols, plafonds, meubles, volets, etc. La climatisation est payante, première fois que je vois ça...
Salle de bain minuscule, la douche est collée aux WC.
La literie est moyenne.
A noter toutefois, le personnel de la réception a été accueillant et sympathique.
Le prix bas ne ne pas justifier l'état de cet hôtel.
Le nombre d’étoiles n’est pas du tout cohérent.
Sinon, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très appréciable.

Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone planning a vacation in rimini. The owner was extremely unkind and shouted at us for a stupid mistake during check in, he than noticed he did a mistake but he already ruined our vacation. He even threatened me to attach me (I was crying) so that other guest don’t notice his unkindness. In terms of room, shower none existent, wall not sound proof, AC to pay which is ridiculous for a 3 star hotel, room not clean. HORRIBLE maybe cheap but not worth a penny. he might claim that I wasn’t a guess in the hotel to not ruin his reputation (definitely lying)

By hotel description: room AC included. AC at the super small and super steamy room wasn't working. Asked at the reception, answer? "AC is not included, you have to pay extra €10". This is a 1 star review, for a 1 star hotel. Not 3stars.. Dishonest and sneaky. charge all extra, even though all states included online while browsing hotels, is misleading. Hotel itself is very old, run down. Would not saty again even if it was free.

The interior design resembles 70's. Issues with internet access. Some of the power outlets were not functional. The room itself was spacious with a very small bathroom. The staff is friendly. The location is within walking distance to the beach and the train station is not very far either.

toilet was under the shower and you couldn't sit on the toilet because of an old dual toilet paper dispenser. The bidet wasnt bolted down to the floor and wasnt plumbed into the wall so water was leaking out of the bidet onto the floor.
The brothers who were operating it were alesys in the foyer and you couldnt leave the place with out first handing your room key in.40p0
