Stayed for 4 days. Good location. Easy to walk to train station. Air conditioning worked. The bathroom shower was a bit too fancy to understand - no instructions. I would recommend. Nice breakfast. Excellent staff who speak English (we know 0 Italian)

This hotel was excellent! Friendly, helpful staff, and so close to the beach! We had a room on the very top floor that overlooked the beach. We had originally gotten a VRBO close by, but that turned out to be not as advertised, so the whole family moved to Hotel Regent. Great stay!

I have no earthy idea how this hotel was as all the trains were cancelled due to bad weather. I booked a non refundable booking and emailed the hotel to make sure I could check in the next day. Got zero response to my email.

Serviceable, simple accommodations. Very helpful staff. Definitely a common tourist focused hotel. The shower was a tight squeeze, and I’m not a big guy! The AC was comfortable and the location is excellent for beachgoers! Right across the street. Breakfast was a 8 out of 10. Satisfying But not fancy. I wholeheartedly recommend the coffee machine for a satisfying cup of anything. Again, staff was very helpful. When I returned to Pescara next year, I will stay here again.

Hotel is old but we'll maintained. It has 24h reception and helpful staff. AC in rooms is working. Bathroom has bidet but shower is grotesquely small. Also u would appreciate fridge in the room and second key. Hotel is located just across the street from public beach and supermarket Tigre is near by. There is some restaurants in the area and more if you walk the coastline promenade. Bus station is near and bus 10 is going into the city center (central train station) but on the holly days and weekends there may be only one bus per hour. You can youse public electric scooters or bikes. Bicycle path runs parallel to the coast.

Pros: beach is close, just across the road, room was spacious. Cons: Hotel is quite old and is located on the poor side of Pescara - city and promenade is on the other side of the river. Breakfast is very poor. They charge you for using sun beds on the beach, hotel’s beach is v small and they don’t clean it. Overall I was disappointed

Absolutely the best value, location (on the sea across from hotel’s private beach), room (modern, spacious, on top floor looking at sea and beach) and efficient service i’ve experienced this year (and have been traveling for 4 months). Fun, upscale town with lots of elite shopping and affordable dining (try Betta next door!) with one of the best beaches anywhere
