Hotel Ristorante Cervo

In the industrial park surround Malpensa. It's not immediately clear where you are or how to get to the airport. There is a shuttle about a quarter mile away. The 'architecture' resembles motels from the 70s which is useful if you drive there, although I am unsure if they charge for parking. It is the least expensive hotel in the immediate environs of the airport. But not inexpensive and certainly cannot be considered value for the money, although all the hotels in the area can be painted with the same brush. No frills with sparse furnishings which look like they are from the 70s. There are no additional facilities and I did not eat at the restaurant. The cellphone reception in the area is poor and the WiFi is so lacking in bandwidth/speed that it fails to mitigate the poor cellphone reception. That being said, the bathroom, while old, appeared clean and was functional. Think Schitts Creek without the charm of its' surroundings.

Stylish hotel in convenient location with great staff.

Great location. Quaint room, perfect for a lone traveler. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Ideal location between T1& T2 . Free shuttle 500m up the road. Extremely friendly staff and spacious but dated room . Appearance and experience differ as good place to stay and priced accordingly.

Very basic room. Hard beds. Poor noise control. Shuttle for airport is a little 8min walk away but not great in the dark.

Very accommodating and helpful with check in when flight was delayed

Bathroom was slippery and the design between shower and toilet was so cramped I had to sit sideways.

Convenient location and friendly staff

A good enough stay for one night. Staff were very welcoming but know the facilities are extremely basic and for me at least the WIFI in the rooms did not work.

Excellent value just a few minutes walk from the free airport bus stop. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room.

Booked last min, Great Price. Don't let the slightly sabby look put you off, Great Stay, Nice Food and friendly staff, real easy to/from MXP also. Room great for price and did the job and great large bathroom. Will defently stay again.

A perfect stay to rest just before my night flight. This hotel operates a restaurant that serves authentic Italian dishes “Molto buono!” Federico and his family are very polite and warm, this is the best option for a place near Malpensa airport, the room given to me is clean, comfy bed and spacious. Grazie mille per tutti!

Not good hotel

Very nice setting, easy to get to and close to the airport

Old...shower was very bad, the water was just tricking. Terrible water pressure

Checked in near midnight to be near the aiport for a flight next morning. Room and bed clean. Tried to use the TV, remote not working. In the morning wanted to have a shower but water was barely running at the shower hose. Talked to the guy reception, who arrogantly said "i'll come to check when i finish serving people at the cafeteria". Packed up as i had no time to spare and also reported problem to the cleaning lady who get someone to check it as i was leaving...you expect things to be functioning when you hire rooms to guests... someone

Close to the airport and free bus not far to walk

Costs of extra bed not clear..we booked for two adults and 1 child, they said you booked double room and should have notified for extra bed, but we booked for three people. Bed should have been available, with all extra costs? We paid over the olds for quality of hotel... 141 euro. Including 3 euro tax per person Poor attention attention to guest needs, I think one of restaurant managers, was in the main bar with bare feet on settee watching TV, Looked like the bar was trashed like personal living area, and gave bad impression. I was also told off for sitting my daughter on the bar presumably for highgeen reasons, for which I made my apologies, but then saw the lady with bear feet on the main bar chairs. Confusion between staff. Although front office manage friendly. Hotel old, WiFi intermittently working.
