The staff was friendly but with very little English. That was OK; one of us spoke Italian. There was no breakfast which had actually been advertised...and NO dinner. We were able to walk to the pizzeria around the corner which was attached to the hotel. Food was good. Overall, this is a farming community and close to the Autostrada and Santhia train station (about 3 miles). It was an excellent place to spend a night when large cities or hotels were out of the question. I would recommend this property as long as you go with no expectations of extra service. We were told to leave the key in the door when we left.

In a quite small town it was surprising to find this nice place. It is really just a room and bathroom, both clean and comfortable. And the wifi works in the bedroom. But you don't have access to any other areas in the hotel. Except their pizzeria which is around the corner of the building. It's really a reception venue with a few rooms for sleeping. Excellent for overnight stay

lovely place,stunning grounds,quiet small town,cafe,bar across the road for breakfast etc. we were able to park the cars inside the courtyard by our rooms. very luxurious rooms with free coffee,water and coissants. spotlessly clean. staff couldnt do enough for you. really good.

We arrived to find staff clearing up after a large family luncheon party. No-one seemed to be expecting us, and it took a while to find anyone who could book us in. We were asked to pay immediately for our room. Once the staff were located, everything was all smiles. Language difficulties were overcome, and we were shown to our spotless room on the first floor. The room was immaculate, with air-conditioning, which was a godsend as it was a humid 33 degree heat-wave when we arrived. Dinner was available at the hotel's own pizzeria (no alternative if you hate, or can't eat, pizza!). Breakfast was proposed at Angel's Bar across the road - the basic message is the hotel offers Room Only, but we'll do breakfast at a push, but sort yourselves out if you don't like what's on offer. In a one-horse town, this does not represent much of a choice. Despite all this, the hotel has a certain charm and we would probably stay again.

not a bad hotel but the website is grossly misleading. We were looking forward to a garden setting and a swimming pool, but it is a lie. The house next door has a pool and a lovely garden, and apparently they can be used for wedding receptions etc, but for hotel guests they are off limits. If it is not available for use, then dont advertise it on the website. For this reason, i score this hotel 3 out of 10

You must be joking. The website described the hotel as being in a lovely garden setting with an outdoor pool. We were really looking forward to that. But is was rubbish! The house next door had a nice garden with a pool and apparently they use that if they cater for a wedding, but for the hotel guests entry was forbidden. The photos on the website were totally misleading. How can hotels.com allow this sort of misrepresentation? The hotel it self was ok, but i definitely didnt get what i was paying for.

In più quando ha visto le mie ricezione , me ha Aggredito molto forte ! Mai successo in vita mia in un Hotel . Dopo NO HANNO CAMERE MATRIMONIALI !!! Sono dei Lettini Single che Loro uniscono. Scomodisimo!! Dopo io quando e fatto la prenotazione , diceva colazione inclusa. Non e cosi . Si paga ... E se fa colazione alla ORA che la Proprietaria decide dopo le 9.30. Seno uno deve andare via senza fare colazioni. Io che sono Cliente del 2009 sul Sito. Mai successo una esperienza simili. Ribadisco di controllare " Letto Matrimoniali" !! E il carattere della Proprietaria, no può Aggredire una persone dopo che aveva letto le recensioni che io avevo scritto.
