This is the perfect hotel. Lovely grounds with an elevator down to the beach club. We just walked down a few steps and were swimming in the sea. Also, both the breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

Great view. Good service. Very good breakfast. Parking lot spaces are very small but at least there are spaces. The hotel is near Maximilian's palace, a plus, but quite far from Trieste center, a bit of a minus. We highly recommend the hotel restaurant for dinner.

We checked in an very given a room in the Villa. A/C didn’t work. They said they know that! I said how are we suppose to sleep, they offered an upgrade the next day but go €80 more. I asked for €30 discount for having no A/C and nothing happened. When I checked out they said again they know the A/C was broken. So odd.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a fantastic deal for this hotel. The location is on the edge of a cliff with a spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea. The hotel is an architectural classic and well maintained. The staff could not be more professional and friendly. My room was massive and had everything you need for a restful stay. The restaurant had an amazing menu and the food was great. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Trieste.
