The location is excellent, beautiful beach. Breakfast was good. Nice staff!

Refrigerator or AC did not work, staff wouldn’t let us check into room until 1300 and checkout was at 1100 the next day.

Location is very good, very close to the beach. Nice patio to enjoy as well. Hotel is very dated. Very small shower and no safe in the room. Also did not like that a family of 4 had to pay 40 euros for a umbrella and chairs for the day. Towel werent even included

Great beach, great breakfasts.

After a long train ride check in was very unprofessional! I stood about an hour waiting to check in because they had a large check in event with kids which we understand but at one point only only lady was working on them and when two more got involved, one could’ve ventured off and help us which they didn’t. Finally a guy stepped in and helped but it wasn’t a proper welcome. Just gave us the key told us where the elevator was and that’s it. The only reason I gave two stars for the staff is because they did set up a taxi for us on departure. If you’re looking to swim outside in a pool here don’t get fooled by the pictures pool looked extremely small and old and had a fence around it, so it wasn’t able to be used. If you want to go down and relax at the beach just know it’s $30 eu to lounge in a chair. During our stay it was colder and the town was literally a ghost town late May. There’s hardly any restaurants to eat at so I’d probably never come back to not just the hotel but the city in general. I did hear in July and August the city is very lively due to Italians vacationing. There’s a few things to see though the church on the hill with the Jesus statue overlooking the city and the church that leads to split mountain. I’d advise to stay in Sperlonga and do a day trip to Formia and visit those sites and just head back. Sperlonga is so much nicer!

We only stayed one night and that was enough. They say Handicap accessible they are not. I have to go to back of building to get elevator, i can not get to reception area. They do not help you with your luggage. We had dinner there and they had to have at least 60 kids in restaurant yelling and screaming. It was so loud we couldnt talk across the table. The waiter could have told us about it before we sat. My wife ordered scampi which is normally Aglio Oglio but it came out red sauce and didnt change it. Also if your a hotel and have 300 TV channels you should have at least one that has English language.

The property is older but very nice. We found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. The balcony off iur room was huge with the perfect view

Staff ,wonderful people

We had the junior suite which faces the sea and it was lovely to sit on the balcony. Very well kept room and very clean. Staff was friendly. Very kind bartender. Parking is a huge plus.

Great location, close to the beach and not too far from the old part of the city. View from the huge balcony was great. The hotel is old but everything works and the room was clean. Check in was a breeze.

Check-in was fast and the staff were courteous and efficient. There’s not much open in the area. We were looking for a bar where we could have a light snack. The hotel bar only offers bagged chips and nuts. The restaurant is poorly promoted with a banquet room atmosphere.

This hotel is great..! The more you see, the better it is..!! Great grounds & private beach access. Also, great employees..!!!!! Gaeta is so wonderful..!

Stay was great, only one thing that needed adressed. The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. Could not really sleep.

It was great staying there! I love that the beach is right there in front of the hotel. Staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel all around was clean. I extended my stay by 1 day and had no problems.
