Hotel Sinuessa Terme

I hate giving negative reviews but this was not a nice experience. Although the staff were very nice and friendly, the website pictures do not show the age and disrepair of this property. There is a continual smell of sulphur outside that comes in your room if you open the windows for fresh air. The place has not been updated I think since the 1950’s. The town is similar unfortunately with disrepair everywhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. We communicated with translator app and a manger that seemed to understand that we came for services that were not available speaking english well.

Väldigt klen italiensk frukost. Rummet var gammalt skick men sängen ok. Hotellet har haft sin storhetstid typ 60talet.

Des notre arrivée nous avons remarqué une odeur assez forte qui est dans l'air a cause des sources thermales qui est assez dérangeante. Concernant l'hotel en soit les personnes a l'accueil sont sympathiques et a l'écoute. Pour la chambre cest autre chose, des traces d'usures un peut partour dans les meubles, la chambre est assez ancienne et juste repeinte afin de faire plus moderne. Les salles de bain etait bien et ca se voyait qu'elle avait été refaite ce qui était le point positif de la chambre. Par contre le gros point négatif cest l'insonorisation des chambres, on cest fait réveiller a plusieurs reprises par la chambre a côté pendant la nuit ce qui était très embêtant et nous a fait mal dormir.. On a eu une panne de climatisation également pendant la nuit ce qui n'a pas arrangé les choses du côté sommeil ... Le petit déjeuner etait assez leger, nous avons recu un croissant chacun et un café puis a disposition il y avait 3/4 gâteau quasiment terminées et du jambon ainsi que du fromage. Honnêtement vu les photos et le prix je m'attendais a bien mieux, le but d'un hôtel est de bien dormir et la ca n'a pas du tout etait le cas donc je suis assez déçu du séjour et si j'aurais pu changer d'hôtel je l'aurais fait

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel periodo pasquale. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, camere pulite e bellissima vista , ottimi i cornetti della colazione. L’odore di zolfo dopo 2 minuti non lo senti più. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo .
