Hotel was very convenient for a one night stay before catching the train to Florence. It's located less than 5 mins from the station & you can walk to the leaning tower within about 20 mins. I even walked from the airport in under 20 mins! Comfy bed in my single room with a lovely hot shower. There was a fridge minibar in the room. I opted to buy breakfast for 10E & wasn't disappointed. It's continental with nice bread rolls, cold meats, cheeses, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit & lots of cakes & pastries. I just made a coffee with the machine but they can make you a proper one if you ask. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a reasonably priced & conveniently located hotel.

The hotel is next to the train station which is an excellent location for visiting surrounding areas. The soundproof was not that good since one night two clients checked in at 12 am and talked very loudly next to our room, I had to phone the reception to ask them to lower their voice. In general is a good hotel to stay.

Efficient check-in and reception team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, as were the staff in the breakfast room. Our room was kept clean with fresh towels everyday. The hotel is located very close to the station and airport shuttle, not in the best street but two minutes walk and you are at the start of everything.

Nice welcome when we checked in. All the staff were pleasant during our stay. Room was good with a very comfy bed and excellent shower. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Location was perfect for trains and the airport.

Clean room, quiet hotel. Breakfast was simple, but good for the price. Close to train station and easy walking distance to airport, a bit too far out to easily access the tourist sites (approximately a 20 minute walk). Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again to make use of the train station.

Check in was easy and they were very friendly and helpful, reception are there 24/7. Rooms are basic tidy amd clean. There are spare pillows of you need them. We didn't have breakfast. Its a great location 20 mins walk from the airport, 2min walk to the station and then a noice walk through the shopping area over the bridge and through to the tower. The location of this hotel is great.

Finishing of the room is poor. Service was good and attentive. Knowledgable of the area. Facilities basic. Provision of a kettle would have been good. Shower is very small. I'm petite but found it confining and uncomfortable. Great location.

lovely spot especially for a layover from the airport or train station in Pisa. Good staff. room was a bit hot when we first showed up (not an actual complaint) but easily fixed by opening the window for a few mins. everything clean

For what you pay the place was very good. Clean room, quiet, good location near the train station, bed was decent, shower was good. Breakfast was also good (coffee, cereal, breads, butter, ham, cheese etc.). Again for what you pay very good but you can't expect an omlette/egg station, fresh pineapple juice etc. for this price. Staff were friendly and helpful.
