Hotel molto caratteristico e curato come primo impatto. Presente parcheggio adiacente o al coperto nel garage dell’hotel Si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi il mare e a pochi minuti di auto il centro di Lavagna (oltre ad essere in posizione strategica per raggiungere le 5 terre, Sestri Levante, Portofino, Genova ecc..) Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti durante il primo weekend di Agosto 2025 e abbiamo anche usufruito della colazione dopo la prima notte (abbondante e di buona qualità) Prezzo nella media e stanze ben arredate, pulite e accoglienti, con pulizia giornaliera Personale gentilissimo Onestamente mi ha conquistato e ritornerei volentieri

Very good location. Room Clean and tidy, bathroom as well. All Hotel looks very nice. The only thing person (probably owner) doesn't speak English.

⸻ ⸻ We stayed at an old hotel with outdated facilities. The safe in our room wasn’t working, and although we asked the elderly man who appeared to be the only staff member on duty to fix it, he never did. To make things worse, when we returned from a party at around 2 AM, the signboard light had been switched off, so we couldn’t find the hotel easily in the dark. There was also no one at the front desk to assist us.

The service was impeccable at the hotel! Easy checkin, and the breakfast service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Hotel is nestled back within the hill and a 14 minute walk to the train—great access. My only concern was our bed and pillows reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t sleep the first night and had to buy allergy medicine in order to sleep the 2nd night. With paying such a low price for the hotel, you’re not expecting the 4 seasons, but smoke free mattresses and pillows should be included. Besides that, the hotel would have been perfect!

This is feedback from a client whom I booked into the Hotel Tirreno during a business trip: I did check out. My room the first night had not been cleaned. I then got a small room which was 10x8 ft that same night. They did not have working wifi on the 4th floor and said it worked only on the first two floors. This did not allow me to work when back to hotel in the evenings. Reception here very poor for Sprint. I tried going to the lobby to hook up to wifi and it still did not work. No air conditioning worked in either room and it was consistently 80-82 degrees. Overall bad experience....bad service.
