Nothing more can I ask for - great location close to metro and Milpensa Express, walkable to Brera and Teatro La Scala (20min), very lively area, good restaurants around including Eataly. The room was clean and amenities modern. Breakfast was very good. In particular, the staff in the hotel was very friendly, polite, and generous. The staff tried to accommodate us for our early arrival and other guests too, I noticed. I would go back to this hotel if I’m in Milan next time.

Cleanliness and friendly staff. The location is superb for access to metro, restaurants and shopping. The only distress is a night club in front that brought some noise and rough crowds at elevated hours of night. The city of Milan should forbid this late night clubs in favor of tourism and help hotel and service industry survive. You can’t have it both ways dear politicians!

Front desk person (older guy with glasses) was very rude and was always making faces. There was a lady who was in the breakfast room who was always super helpful and would always be smiling. The only reason I would go back would be because of her.

The Hotel is beautiful and very well kept, however our rooms reek of alcohol. I didn’t notice until we arrive late at the hotel, we only were staying for one night and I wanted to sleep so I just sprayed my perfume in the room.
