We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely stunning, definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The pool area had such a great vibe, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel - my 5th visit to Taormina and I have always stayed in different hotels. Hotel Villa Carlotta is my new favourite! Really welcoming staff both in reception and at the restaurant. Apartment was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Had a fantastic meal at the restaurant - what an absolutely stunning (and very romantic!) setting! Will definitely be back to visit again - hopefully for longer next time. Many thanks!! Christine & Jacques

Our stay at the Carlotta was fantastic. Stefano, Federico and all the team we dealt with were super friendly, hospitable and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite central and not far to walk up to the centre of town. Slightly tricky location to park a car as the hotel is on a bend, however, the staff were very helpful and valet parking was arranged. Hotel facilities were great, including the pool and pool bar. The room was cozy and with the terrace attached gave us plenty of room. Finally, the restaurant upstairs which also serves breakfast has the most amazing panoramic view. The breakfast offering was delicious and good variety. The only negative is the restaurant is quite hot due to the summer weather and the aircon doesn’t seem to cool the space. Would highly recommend staying here.

A magical place and experience. Stayed with my family in the Tower Suite which was amazing and quite large. My kids loved the room and the layout. If you are a family the 1.5 bathrooms makes all the difference.

We stayed here on our honeymoon, location was great with ability to walk easily into town. While we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the welcome gift, the room didn’t look as nice as the photos which was disappointing given it was a special trip for us.
