The worst stay of our lives. The attive room smelled like mold and dead animals. There was absolutely zero air circulation. We were told that we should have left the window with no screen open all night during a lightning storm in order to breathe. The fan was full of dust and mold. Spiders inside the room. When we opened the bathroom window to try to breathe you could see a patched dilapidating roof. The “spa” was disgusting— A family hot tub for hotel guests. Zero attention to comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast host was the only positive thing about the stay; however she is not a part of the family or ownership. We used the free bikes and returned quickly as they were old and not properly serviced— better not to offer free and dangerous bikes to clients. I would rather pay. No human being should be subject to sleeping in the conditions we found in our room. Please remove this option from booking for the sake of other human beings! We would also like to ask for compensation for the amount spent as we did not sleep and have work appts all day. Thank you in advance. We hope that the rest of our trip continues as days prior to last night in other lovely establishments.

Piacevole vacanza nell'hotel Villa Groff, il personale è di una gentilezza unica. Colazione molto variegata e di buona qualità con prodotti tipici del posto. Parcheggio privato all'interno di un'area chiusa da sbarra. Sono stati graditi anche i servizi offerti come la sauna e l'idromassaggio all'aperto incluso nel prezzo. Più che una camera era un appartamento, grande, pulito, comodo. L'hotel si trova poi a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione ferroviaria dalla quale è molto facile raggiungere Trento, Bolzano ecc. Ringrazio davvero e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
