La Isla Resort

Property was goof. Mattress was bouncy and you could feel itss springs. Water was not hot. Very basic continental breakfast

Staff was friendly and helpful. Properly is small and the breakfast was convenient. There is a related beach club across the street with a large pool, restaurant, bar and beach lido. We were provided an umbrella and reclining sun beds at no extra charge. Location is convenient to Amalfi Coast and Paestum. Many restaurants along the beach which are competitively priced, most with sea views.

Amazing experience, especially for the price! The staff were extremely friendly and always did their best to help us during our stay. I would recommend learning a few basic Italian phrases or using a translation app as not all members of the staff speak English proficiently. The rooms are everything you need, and the breakfast that is included is nice. The pool and beach are great and are both right cross the street. La Isla Bonita Ristorante is also located there. There is plenty of space to hang out there during the day, and the dinner options there at night are very good. We ate there multiple times during our stay! I would recommend going to this area if you need to use the WiFi for work or other activities, as the WiFi access in the hotel was a bit weak and inconsistent. The only other caveat is that the laundry service listed is not on the property, so laundry is picked up and brought back the next day. I do not have any other complaints. The shuttle service was also great! There is a charge, but they took us everywhere we needed even on short notice. They even drove us to the Naples airport at the end of our stay (about an hour away). We took a high speed train to Rome and two high speed ferries - one to Capri and one to Positano. It was nice not having to deal with any luggage in those places. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a more low key Italian beach vacation experience with an option to travel to more touristy areas! I hope to go back!

Very helpful staff, hotel was nice and had what you needed. My only problem I had as a tall person was that the shower was too small.

Good stop on my way to Amalfi

This is not 4 star hotel as advertised. We book triple room expectimg 3 normal beds but god one double bed and one uncomfortable small bed. Noice from heating was so extensive we were forced to switch it off. Also trafic from nearby road was very loud, room not sound proof.

Very nice staff, but hotel looked a bit tired. Our air-conditioner was struggling and noisy. The hotel does some renovations on the beach but did not update pictures. Swimming pool is excellent but closing at 6pm. Hotels guests have free access to beach but it closes at 7 pm. No sunsets on the beach there. It has a Sky satellite TV but in Italy everything is Voiced over, good luck finding something if you do not speak Italian

It's more like a motel,not a 4 star hotel,isolated from the sea by a road,no place to go for a meal. Room quite comfortable, clean, breakfast ok,service resonable.

Lovely staff who went out of their way to help and be hospitable. Pool and beach were both excellent, but would have been even better if they were open later (pool closed 6pm / beach 7pm). Breakfast was good too, as was the beach restaurant in the evenings (opens 8pm). The hotel could though do with some updating and we had particular issues with the air conditioning in our room. The immediate vicinity is nothing special but it's a very good location for exploring the region generally.

Booked last minute and very pleased. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The views were lovely from rhe rooms. The pool was fantastic and the staff there were friendly and helpful too. The beach was good too. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved the machine to make freshly squeezed oranges. We would definitely return here again. We loved it here. Great for families.

This is a true 4 star property. well maintained and food is good. however what really makes a hotel is its people and staff. Those of you who have travelled around Italy especially in the Campania region know how difficult it is to find great customer service. Fabio and his staff really understand customer service and I wish to thank them for the wonderful stay and care they provided me and my family. definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a room with queen bed and bunk beds, plenty of room for 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Good location with parking, pool closed earlier then we would have liked (6pm), beach access until 7pm. Breakfast had a wide selection of pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice, great restaurant across the street in the pool/beach complex for dinner. Very friendly and accomodating staff. This resort is along the highway outside of Salerno so an hour plus drive from Amalfi but a great value for the area.

Very clean rooms. Staff were friendly, tried all their best. Rooms classic , simple ones. I really liked swimming pool as it was very clean.

A decent resort with very friendly staff who were keen to take the extra mile. Nicely maintained and clean facilities. You go the sense that the place is very well run. There isn't much within walking distance, so you really want a car if you're staying here. It's right on the main road, but that quietens down at night.

The hotel was fair but the Heater and the traffic noise was loud and the bed was old and hard.

The best of this resort are people, who are working here. Smiles and friendliness compensates everything. If you like parties - that's perfect fits for you. It's a hotel near the road and the sea with big swimming pool area, which has separate entrance.

The room was damp. There were lightbulbs not working in the bathroom. These are things that should be checked by hotel staff before guests check in. The staff were pleasant. The restaurant was unavailable for all nights as they were catering to private parties. This was not acceptable. The staff were great when they recommended a restaurant called Nonno Vito.
