The location was perfect for walking about with lots cute little shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was great with a helpful staff. It felt a lot like Bourbon Street in Louisiana during the weekend with the street lined with happy people until the early morning. I ended up joining in my last night and had a fantastic time. The room was nice with a cute balcony looking over the cobblestone streets. I would definitely stay there again.

what a find!!!!!!!!spotless and excellent rooms ,good breakfast but best of all staff who are very helpful and welcoming. I have stayed at Italian 5 star hotels who could learn from this one--thanks we are a group of well travelled 'older' guys who enjoy short breaks --100% satisfied with this hotel and indeed Palermo

Beautifully clean room and common area. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fish market and shopping. Excellent staff service and breakfast service for 10£. Very comfortable room. The street side room is above restaurants so noise volumes are a bit louder but i was so tired that it did not keep me up.

I could list numerous issues with both the hotel and its service. For example, throughout our entire two-week stay, the internet was not working due to unexplained reasons, and the hotel offered no compensation or attempt to address the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of this place is its location.

The hotel iand staff are great. The pubs in the area when they are open Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday are very loud and even with the windows closed you better be a heavy sleeper or you will have to wait until 5am to get some sleep. Other than that the staff is there when needed breakfast was good.

Great location, lots of lively options for food and drink. Bed is a little hard and shower very little but staff were very friendly and helpful. Let me check in at 10am because the the room was ready which was fantastic

I liked the location of the property. The hotel was very dated. They were very rigid, I was specifically told that if i was not at the reception by check out time then I will charged extra. Stay elsewhere, there are plenty of hotels around the area.

The property itself was nice and conveniently located. I just felt there were too many rules, sort of like being held under the watchful eye of catholic nuns and priests. There are several other hotels in the area, so I would recommend choosing another hotel with less restrictions.

Overall an excellent hotel. The glaring issue with me was the filthy entrance carpet and área immediately outside the front door. It gives one the impression that the place is poorly maintained on the inside, which is not the case. Just not a very welcoming appearance. Our shower wand was leaking, so the maids need to pay more attention to the conditions in the room. Very well designed interiors and great location . Certainly would stay again!

Excellent staff, great location, modern amenities in a beautiful building in a historic area. Walking distance to shopping, sightseeing and dining. Palermo is a confusing city to get around in at first, and this gem is tucked away, not on a main drag where a hotel can just pull up and drop you off. Its really unique, Id stay there again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a great location for exploring the Centro Storico, but it does get noisy on weekend nights. The building is well-maintained and clean. We stayed in an attic room. It is a good size, with a nice terrace, but in a portion if the room, where the desk is, the ceiling is so low you will hit your head. The showers are very small (barely bigger than a slender person) and the bathroom is tight.
