Perfect spot to explore Naples. You can walk from the port/airport bus stop to this wonderful modern hotel. Then it’s right in the heart of Naples, explore the old town or the amazing designer streets. Great facilities. The room was spotless, comfortable and had easy to use tv and coffee for when you’ve had enough of walking the streets of Naples! The gym is well provisioned. If we returned we would definitely use this hotel again.

The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, including the pillow which is hard to find a from yet soft pillow that supports the neck well. Nice location and friendly staff. I was told I could look at the breakfast before deciding whether to pay for since I’m vegan and gluten free and the staff at breakfast did not speak English which is fine but they wouldn’t let me take a look before paying/probviding my room number.

Convenient to walk around/explore. Close to the port, rooms/bathroom are small and no A/C but they do have a cooling fan system that we found the second night and it was better. Pillows and bed are really hard/stiff, so if that’s your thing, you’ll sleep well.

As far as the hotel goes, the first night the electrical sockets weren’t working, so we had to move to a basic room for one night. The next day we returned to our premium room, but Netflix and YouTube weren’t usable due to the poor internet connection. If you’re not someone who relies on TV or streaming, this would be a good place to stay.
