Novotel Roma Est

Friendly staff, need peoplenat the bar near the pool or inside the buikding at the bar. We wanted to buy drinks, but since we couldn't find anyone we opted for water.

It was very nice and affordable. The staff were very friendly and nice especially Marco. There’s also metro station like 10mins walk from the hotel and there’s unguarded public parking st your own risk and there’s the hotel underground parking for a token. All in all, I highly recommend Novotel hotel Roma. The breakfast was very good and kids eat free

Non mi è piaciuta la stanza che per quattro persone era troppo piccola. Secondo me la camera era da due, poi hanno aperto il divano ed è diventata da quattro, ma a quel punto non riuscivamo più a muoverci. Tra l'altro il materasso del divano letto era molto scomodo. Sinceramente da un hotel quattro stelle prenotato otto mesi prima e non pagato poco, mi aspettavo qualcosa di più, considerando che si trova ad una ventina di chilometri dal centro di Roma.La tenda oscurante era rotta in alto per cui non si chiudeva bene e di conseguenza al mattino alle 6.00 entrava la luce impedendomi di dormire.

Rooms are extremely hot with no temperature control. Dinner service is the worse we had on our entire 2 weeks trip. And food is very average.

Room which we got the toilet was smelling really bad

It was a nice stay. The hotel is a little far from Tome and there is not much around it but it was economical and met our needs.

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. The breakfast is very good. It is far from the center, but you can get there using the train and the subway. It is an adventure.

I have seen many bad reviews about this hotel but I can now actually recommend it if you are looking for something outside the city centre, peaceful, convenient. The service is great: quick support (email or in person), kind and helpful. Rooms have all the essentials, also for families. Beds are quite comfy. If you need a crib just request it and it will be there, a good size cot. Good quality shampoo and shower gel. We used the hotel carpark rather than the free one and it's so much easier as it's underground.

Everything was ok! Just the location was not good!

The staff were very friendly, and the room clean. There was very good breakfast with a variety of food, and very clean. No transport access, no information about tickets for public transport and no directions and guidance on how you can get to Rome. Taxi is too expensive and the roads are terrible to walk.

Property had no access to walk to any area. If you want to move around a taxi is your best option. Cleanliness could get better. Toilet from room didn’t flush properly. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Facility could do better.

Very nice Hotel, very far from Rome city central

Great property if hard to find. Buffet breakfast is worth the money. Good American and European fare. Lovely room with easy lighting, good shower and bathroom plumbing. Felt like a luxury stateroom on a great cruise.

Room was very small. Furniture and bathroom very dated. Breakfast needed variety. Surrounding roads were dark with lots of potholes.

Not a great hotel at all. The Pool never gets Sunshine. Whoever put the Pool on that side of the hotel is surely no longer in a job. Service is bad and the place is isolated with no late services such as even a Vending machine. If you come in late hungary/thirsty theres nothing in the Hotel and no shops, supermarkets or Take aways anywhere close.
