Very nice hotel. Felt clean and modern. Very close to a metro stop, supermarket and some nice resteraunts. There was AC in the room but it couldnt be controlled, however it was set to a good temperature at most times.

The hotel is well located, 5mins from a metro station, with supermarket, cafe and other amenities nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were generally clean, but could use with a bit of freshening up - a bit of wear and tear everywhere. My main challenge was that the room was too hot, the thermostat didn’t do anything, so we had to make do with keeping the window open. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of cured meats, cheeses, cereals and some limited hot food (scrambled eggs and bacon). Excellent coffee on request!

An excellent contemporary hotel with easy access into central Milan. The service was excellent and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast even for vegetarians like us was extensive and thoroughly enjoyable despite the absence of any sushi dishes as trailled on the website. If I'm being pedantic and really looking to provide feedback on potential improvements, the hotel could incorporate practicality (eg hanging hooks, wardrobes) into their fabulous room designs. Thanks everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable and well-supported.
