Beforehand myself and two friends were a bit worried about the location and distance. However as time went by it was actually not that bad. The breakfast there has been the best I have experienced on any trip and the staff were really friendly. The room I had had everything I needed and was bigger than I thought. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and hope to come again.

We had a great stay at the Pacific Hotel Fortino. The included breakfast was above average, the rooms were great, the staff was super. Parking was interesting getting into the garage. Taxi to downtown was only 8 euros. The only negative was that there was no A/C but the windows opened to cool the room at night.

not handicap friendly. I tried communicating with both the hotel and Orbitz and was told it was all set for wheelchair access. Wheelchair did not fit thru the bathroom door. Room extremely small and the price was outrageous for what it was

Overall good, but definitely not a 4 star hotel Decent breakfast, though as a vegetarian, having no suitable veg hot wasn't great and the peas, which was the only hot item was touching the meat and the same utensils are being used, which isn't really acceptable. Rooms are outdated, and need renovation. Temperature in the room couldn't be controlled, and the TV is about 18 inches, which is pretty rubbish for a 4 star hotel. Similarly, no kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and 5 euro charge of you want this, which again for a 4 star hotel is poor. No amenities in the hotel, so again not sure why this is a 4 star. No gym, pool, spa, etc. Location is ok. 17mins walk from il Mercator. Buses to central Torino is a 11 minute walk, and the journey in total takes 25 mins. Staff were friendly, and helpful with regards to a late checkout. Overall and average stay, and definet room for improvement.

The reception at the hotel is quick, the staff is very friendly, everything I asked for I got, the room is clean and the hotel is clean, room cleaning service and towel change every day, The room I got just like in the pictures on the website, rich and varied breakfast - highly recommend.
