This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nicely restored palazzo, with an interesting mix of new and well preserved old facilities. Our room was large and comfortable. The bath tub/shower was high and a bit difficult to get in and out of—badly needs a grab bar for safe access. Breakfast was ample and diverse enough to accommodate all tastes. Staff very accommodating. Narrow streets, many of which were further limited by ongoing construction projects, made parking virtually impossible and each time we took the car for visits to the surrounding areas, it became an adventure in navigation. The hotel valet parked the car and returned it when requested. That worked well—all our explorations in the ancient city itself were on foot. The early June weather was perfect—but would not have been nice in the rain. All in all, a great central location, excellent staff, nice room. Make sure you rent a small car! With GPS!

Amazing old and fashinable building in a wonderful location. The staff is really helpful and proactive. The breakfast is amazing with one of the best pancakes ever eaten. I highly recommend this hotel

Sicuramente la struttura può vantare una posizione ottima poichè si trova a 100 metri dal centro città... la reception inesistente, poteva sembrare l'ingresso di un qualsiasi palazzo antico. Purtroppo anche la camera ha deluso molto le nostre aspettative..mobili non antichi ma vecchi, muri vecchi e trasandati, per non parlare del bagno... era chiaramente un bagno per disabili, senza bidet e la doccia non aveva il piano che avrebbe evitato un lago di acqua durante l'uso. Non abbiamo trovato le ciabattine di cortesia che in quella situazione sarebbero state vitali. Per un quattro stelle mi sarei aspettata più cura nei particolari...un vero peccato

When we checked in and went to the room. We found the bathroom smelled like someone smoked inside it and the refrigerator was broke. We notified the receptionist about this. She had the refrigerator replaced and tried to remove the smell from the bathroom with some perfume. Also you have to pay 12 euro for parking

As I was travelling with my daughter we booked 2 rooms. My room (#40) was fine - quiet and comfortable. My daughter's room (#35) was not good. It was right next to the lift and the ping of the lift and people talking right next to her door while waiting for the lift was a annoying problem. The hotel is in a great location with everything being a walkable distance. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and ready to help.

Il palazzo esternamente è molto bello. Le finiture però sono datate e non adeguate per il livello di 4 stelle. La ns stanza la Nr 35 aveva parecchie cose da rivedere: La porta che struscia pesantemente sul pavimento. Infiltrazioni e muro scrostato. Condizionatore, TV, ventola tutti molto datati o rumorosi Doccia minuscola in una stanza enorme che allaga tutto il pavimento e senza mensola per appoggiare I flaconi. Uno dei 2 materassi era proprio sfondato. Nei corridoi I cartelli attaccati con lo scotch. L'ascensore sembra il montacarichi dell'ospedale a essere gentili La struttura è molto bella e meriterebbe molto di più. Le potenzialità sono enormi ma ci vuole la continuità di un progetto, un investimento e molta cura.
