Very pleasant staff. Previous stay was street side, this stay was beautiful view of Belvedere tower & mountains. Firm beds, which was good for me not so much for travel companion. great rate for the accommodations.

very nice hotel. spacious room. easy walk to Mondovi train station. Only complaint would be flat hard pillows, coming from Rome may be only kind they have or like in Italy. Would definitely stay again.

Overnight stay as part of a longer trip. Checking in was straightforward. The room was a good size, but the ensuite quite small. Mini fridge was provided and free parking at the front of the hotel. A few minutes walk to restaurants.

Clean room, efficient and friendly staff. Good location with parking. In walking distance from the old town and good restaurants. Our room was facing the street and the windows don’t isolate enough from the traffic, but it’s bearable.

Pretty good hotel but on my opinion was little bit old and cheap equipped. Breakfast was really nice and rich of choice for every type of taste. Parking behind hotel was also good plus.

Nice hotel well situated. Noise can still be heard between the rooms…. And it would be nice to have fresh flours in the hall for Xmas tree and pleas play Italia music and not English elevator Xmas music )

The hotel is well located in Mondovi, within a 5 minutes walk to center old town and 10 minutes to the funicular which takes you in 5 minutes, and 2.5 Euros tickets up the hills to this amazing piazza and old buildings. You can sit in one of the coffees or restaurants and enjoy the special atmosphere of this part of town. The room was outdated, the furniture is old fashioned and a refresh of the room would be nice. The bedding was firm and the bathroom was big enough. The team at the reception is really welcoming and the breakfast (you choose from a variety of options on a menu and it is served to your table) is ok, my regret is the coffee machine, which serves a poor quality taste coffee.
