The front desk is open daily from noon - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 6:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests are required to download the property's Whatsapp mobile app before check-in. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Pepito Palace is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by foot.
