Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are recommended to download the property's PuntAla App mobile app before check-in. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in a Flexible Room (room change) category may be required to change rooms during their stay.

The property is closed during January, February, March, October, November, and December.
