The team was amazing as always. They went out of their way to make sure thateverything was amazing. The reception team helped you with collecting some documents. The housekeeping staff were friendly, smiling, and did an excellent job every day. I highly recommend a safe, comfortable welcoming hotel experience give them a visit! This is my fourth year in a row staying with them! Samer’s on multiple occasions.

Comfortable hotel with a great restaurant. I did however find the lobby music too loud and audible on the 1st floor. Pool was great but the I’ll be better once renovated, good it wasn’t entirely closed so could use it while being paved around.

The hotel is clean , people at the desk are very nice and helpful. We had a little concern about our room and they were very fast to solve the situation. Close to the city center ( 10 min) and close to the countryside also. Good breakfast too

It is a beautiful place for a great price. However, you'd need a car to be able to go back to downtown, to visit the balsamic vinegar factories or to go any museum. Otherwise mentally prepare yourself to spend an average from €12 to €17 every time you'd need a taxi to leave the hotel. The bus system is not reliable in that part of the city.

Interesting hotel - we booked last minute as had an opportunity for dinner near Modena we didn’t want to miss. The hotel looks like it was recently redone and very nice but just a few oddities... we could open the windows but not the shutters so no natural sunlight in our room. The drains aren’t the best so you had to shower carefully and the sink while modern and interesting made for a somewhat wet countertop. That said the staff was super nice and really the hotel was very nice. I’d probably stay again if in the area again.

WiFi is abysmal after an overly complicated login sequence, breakfast is insufficient, staff is unapologetic. A/C is barely functional and I did see a massive cockroach during breakfast one morning. Not sure how this hotel is rated at 4-stars...

Hotel is just outside Modena main town, about 10 mins drive to centre. Hotel has a classic family run feel to it. Hotel grounds are beautiful with good free parking inside the grounds. Rooms are classic looking but very clean and comfortable. Modernised bathroom, comfy bed, kettle and coffee facilities in room. Good selection of continental breakfast with scrambled eggs in the downstairs ristorente. Check in and check out were easy with the help of lovely staff. In fact out 7year old boy forgot his backpack inside the room wardrobe where he had hidden it and we only noticed the next day after leaving Modena and getting to Florence! I contacted the hotel via phone and email and Magereta from reception searched the room found the backpack, arranged for it to be couriered urgently to our next stay on next day delivery!! They could not have been more helpful or efficient. Fantastic service and we sincerely appreciated it. All in all a great hotel to stay. Highly recommended.
