The hotel is beautiful. The location gave us options for relaxing, restaurants, and walking distance to shopping. Outdoor pool/bar, breakfast, atmosphere was great made better by the staff who are super friendly and helpful.

The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We lvery much iked this upmarket hotel - My wife thinks the spa pool and general spa areas are the best we've visited. We had a difficulty with check in initially because we were given a basic garden view room without a balcony and the booking on Expedia was clearly with a balcony. I had anticipated this and had taken a screen shot of the Expedia hotel web page. The room was swapped by reception without further argument on producing the screenshot, so good for them. In fairness to the hotel I suspect this was Expedia's fault - Expedia nb your confirmation emails do not confirm all the agreed details like breakfast and balconies and they should as it would stop issues like this. Stresa is lovely and the hotel is lovely. We strongly recommend

There could be more options on menu for vegetarians. Good location . Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. If you have an early fight going home -a breakfast bag could be provided to take with you to the airport as it is included in the price you pay but not offered . Would recommend and stay again .
