We were on a traveling vacation, and decided to use Foligno as a base to explore southern Umbria. The location was great as it was two blocks from the historical city center, which is very nice for exploring Foligno. The hotel was beautifully renovated with care taken to modernize while stilling keeping the elegance of this beautiful villa of the early 1900’s. The bathroom was spacious and very modern, the linens, towels, etc were of a very high quality, the breakfast spread was very nice with a great assortment. Also, staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. Valeria, the hotel manager, gave us great ideas for day tripping around the area(we went to Spello, Montefalco, and Bevagna). We would absolutely stay there again when we’re in the area.

Really small room comparable in size to tiny Manhattan hotel rooms. Breakfast was so sparse I passed on it. Unless I could book a suite I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay at this classy, elegant hotel. The room was outstanding. So comfortable. The bath was clean and well appointed. Every amenity was thought of. The breakfast was brilliant. The coffee was delicious. But most importantly the service was attentive and friendly. You feel as though you are the only guests and we were not. Everyone walks around with a big grin on their faces. The location is perfect. Close to the main pedestrian streets and restaurants. Sadly we were only there for one night. We will look forward to an excuse to pass their way again.
