Hotel has a peaceful and beautiful lakeside property with direct access to Maggiore. It is generally very quiet and serene, but sometimes the loud motorcycles and cars can be heard well during the night. Other than that everything was good.
I also highly recommend having your own car in the region for movement around the lake and surrounding regions.

Great hotel right by the lake. Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The only two downsides: after one person showered (normal shower) the other no longer had hot water; also, parking was difficult at times.

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend and our two dogs! The staff was really friendly and accommodating, even giving me dog beds and dog bowls. Very friendly, clean and beautiful hotel.
The breakfast was lovely too. A lot of different options and we sat overlooking the water.

Lovely setting. The suite is beautiful, but from the suite, access to the lake/facilities requires a walk down a street to enter the main part of the hotel again. In other words, no direct access. Tiffany's restaurant for dinner was great. Breakfast service was lacking, but food was fine. Overall a good experience which I'd recommend.

Paradise! I was alone and the staff was so accommodating and kind and thoughtful. I extended my stay a night because I did not want to leave. I like that it was remote, but near enough to Luino where I could enjoy tourist activities such as a boat ride and the amazing Market on Wednesdays.

My husband and are very well traveled and we found this hotel to be one the most charming places we have ever stayed. Food, room, service cleanliness were all outstanding and well priced. The proprietor and her staff are more than eager to please. There are so many wonderful and special touches in every every corner and nook throughout the hotel and the magnificent garden, including a wellness center at the top of the garden, which is on many levels. The owner's pride is seen in the care she gives to the property. What a wonderful place to visit.
