Famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Il était difficile de trouver l'entrée à notre arrivée. Belle chambre avec 4 lits, 2 balcons et petite cuisine. Dame à la réception très gentille et accommodante. Très bon emplacement, près de la plage, des restaurants et des petites boutiques. Accessible en metromare ou bus.

This hotel was great for us a family. Very close to the beach and just on the main busy street. Many restaurants close by. You also get a pool with a view from the roof. Looking around at the other hotels in this area to compare I would still chose this one again. Beds and pillows a bit hard when staying a week but make sure you are busy during the day then sleeping will be no problem :) - big thanks to Serena that was the perfect host.

Ottimo residence, check-in ultra veloce e massima disponibilità della gentilissima Sig.ra Daniela che avendo appartamento già disponibile ci ha dato la possibilità di entrare prima dell’orario. Appartamento con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Piscina pulita, purtroppo manca l’educazione dei genitori dei bambini che la frequentano (erano turisti stranieri).Posizione strategica con 2 supermercatini nelle vicinanze, farmacia sotto casa e spiaggia a pochi passi, come ristoranti. Fermata n 27 del Bus11 dalla stazione treni di fronte residence. Davvero da consigliare e ritornare‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Struttura ampia e ben funzionale. Aveva tutti i servizi di una casa. Ordinata e molti letti. Da segnalare troppe formiche, servirebbe una disinfestazione e prezzo del parcheggio interno troppo alto 15 euro al giorno. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Se potessi tornare indietro non avrei mai prenotato in questa struttura. Perché: 1-Mi hanno fatto pagare 20€ extra per il late check in (sono arrivato alle 21) io pensavo che non ci fosse nessuno e che dovevo pagare il disturbo. Invece la struttura disponeva di ufficio che fa da reception. E qui mi chiedo perché devo pagare 20€? Ladri! 2-Mi è stato vietato di usate la cucina in quanto ho prenotato solo una notte. Mai sentito una condizione del genere in tutta la mia vita. Inoltre disponeva di lavastoviglie e lavatrice di cui erano prive di sapone. Vergognoso! 3-Al momento del check-in mi è stata data solo una carta apri porta anziché due. L’appartamento disponeva di un sistema climatizzato in cui la carta doveva sempre essere inserita per poter tenere tutto ON! Per cui ogni volta che dovevo entrare mi toccava chiamare per farmi aprire. Una struttura che non merita di essere chiamata tale, sconsiglio assolutamente. Sono stato a tanti appartamenti ancor meno costosi di questo e avevano tutto il confort possibile. Addirittura per cucinare la pasta e tutte le spezie. Mi sento quasi derubato, in quanto non valeva tutti quei soldi spesi. Ripeto: sconsigliato.

Ten Suite ligger på en populär turistgata precis vid Rimini stranden. Lägenheten var fin och modern, fräsch och rymlig. Men besvikelsen var stor när vi kom dit då receptionen inte hade koll på vår betalning samt begärde 200€ cash i handpenning, vilket inte var angivet på något sätt. Det enda vi skulle ha betalt var stads taxan, allt annat var betalt i förväg. Men, trots detta gick det inte att resonera med dem i receptionen eftersom de påstod att det var angett i informationen om hotellet. Vi hade även betalat för havsutsikt, men man fick verkligen sträcka ut huvudet långt utanför balkongen för att få se en glimt av havet. Dessutom var receptionen öppen bara lite då och då, och det var svårt att få tag i te x hygienartiklar som de faktiskt snålade med. Det fanns även skyltar om extra kostnad om man använde köket, vilket inte kändes logiskt då betalningen var för lägenheten där kök ingår. Synd att det var så eftersom det annars var en ganska behaglig vistelse. Rekommenderar varmt restaurangen i hörnet med mkt god mat och kafeet Delicia som ligger 200 m mot järnvägsspåret. Super kaffe, bakelser och fantastisk personal med lokal befolkning och italiensk atmosfär.

Flot lejlighed, god pool og tagterrasse. Begrænset køkkenfaciliteter, dog dejligt med opvaske maskine og vaske maskine. Området er med masser af hoteller og restauranter og der er meget støj. Dog er lejligheden godt støjisoleret.

Unterkunft wurde bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Wir haben diese Verschmutzt vorgefunden. Sichtbar war es vor allem am Boden. Daraufhin haben wir den Boden selbst gereinigt. Dann haben wir festgestellt das Ameisen in der Unterkunft waren. Als wir diese Mängel gemeldet haben, wurde uns versichert das von ihrer Seite gereinigt wurde. Wegen den Ameisen wurde ein Spray verwendet dieser Zeigte aber keine Wirkung. Am nächsten Tag war von der Reinigunsfachfrau auch weit und breit nichts zu sehen.
